Overview:

Love to get your hands dirty? Enjoy life most when you are fixing things? Well we are looking for a young, hungry gardener and pool maintenance trainee to help us keep the retreat running and grounds looking their best. Our retreat is on the seafront so there is always something that needs maintenance. We need someone who is keen on becoming a great gardener and eager to learn about how to maintain a swimming pool. You shall be trained by our Thai head gardener and support him in his jobs.

 

You are the retreat engine

Some Of Your Daily Responsibilities:

​

Gardener 

• Cut the hedge and trees around the retreat

• Trim grass

• Rake leaves

• Care for all plants including repotting, watering, trimming, feeding etc…

• Cut and varnish bamboo

• Maintain customer walk paths

• ​

Pool

• Learn how to clean the pool

• Learn how to maintain pool pump equipment

• Lean how to maintain chlorine and pH levels in pool

• Clean pool area including deck chairs and umbrellas

What We Are Looking For

​

You don’t need to tick every box to apply. If you are passionate, believe in our ethos and feel you have relevant skills or experience which will add value… please apply.

• Any gardening experience is a plus

• Any pool experience is a plus

• Reliable worker, someone who comes into work every shift no matter the weather

• Basic English language skills

• Pride in maintaining a clean working environment

ความรับผิดชอบบางอย่างในชีวิตประจำวันของคุณ:

การจัดสวน

• ตัดพุ่มไม้และต้นไม้รอบๆที่พักผ่อน

• หญ้า, สนามหญ้า, สนาม, ปลูกหญ้าบนสนาม

• วันลา

• ดูแลพืชทุกชนิดรวมถึงการปลูกใหม่การรดน้ำการตัดแต่งการให้อาหารฯลฯ...

• ตัดและเคลือบเงาไม้ไผ่

• รักษาเส้นทางเดินของลูกค้า

สระน้ำ

• ดูวิธีทำความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ำ

• เรียนรู้วิธีดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ปั๊มสระว่ายน้ำ

• เรียนรู้วิธีการรักษาระดับคลอรีนและค่า pH ในสระว่ายน้ำ

• บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำสะอาดรวมถึงเก้าอี้ดาดฟ้าและร่ม

คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องทำเครื่องหมายทุกช่องเพื่อสมัคร หากคุณหลงใหลเชื่อมั่นในจริยธรรมของเราและรู้สึกว่าคุณมีทักษะหรือประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งจะเพิ่มคุณค่า... โปรดนำไปใช้

• ไม่ว่าจะจัดสวนแบบไหนก็คุ้มค่า

• ไม่ว่าจะมีเอ็กซ์พีเรียนซ์สระว่ายน้ำแบบไหน

• คนทำงานที่ไว้ใจได้คนที่เข้ามาทำงานทุกกะไม่ว่าสภาพอากาศจะเป็นอย่างไร

• ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน

• ความภาคภูมิใจในการรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่สะอาด 

 

สิ่งที่คุณจะได้รับจากเรา:

• เงินเดือนดีเยี่ยม

• หยุดสัปดาห์ละ 1 วันในช่วงไฮซีซั่น

• หยุดสัปดาห์ละ 3 วันในช่วงโลว์ซีซัน

• มีเงินค่าอาหารกลางวันให้ในแต่ละกะ

• โบนัสความภักดีเมื่อสิ้นสุดฤดูกาล
