Policies

Retreat & Restaurant Policy

Management reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, illegal, disruptive, or otherwise negatively impacts other guests, staff, or the property.

Check-in & Identification
A valid government-issued passport is required at check-in for all foreigners. For Thai residents, either a passport or government issued photo ID card is required at check-in.

All guests staying overnight must be registered, and there is a maximum occupancy per room of 2 people. Unregistered overnight visitors are prohibited.

Noise & Respect for Other Guests
All guests are required to respect the quiet hours of 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM. No excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated. Management reserves the right to remove guests causing disturbance.

Smoking & Substances
No smoking is allowed in the rooms, gardens, or around the pool/ sunlounger areas. Guests are permitted to smoke cigarettes on their balconies or in the 'smoking zone' in the restaurant area. 

Vaping is not permitted anywhere on site. 

The consumption of cannabis, marijuana, or any cannabis-derived products is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

This prohibition applies to all forms of cannabis consumption, including but not limited to smoking, vaping, edible products, beverages, oils, tinctures, concentrates, and any other products containing cannabis, marijuana, THC, CBD, or related cannabinoids.

Guests found consuming cannabis or marijuana, or any illegal substances on the property may be asked to cease immediately and, at the discretion of management, may be required to leave the premises without refund. Management may contact authorities if necessary.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool and pool facilities are reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests. Visitors, friends, family members, or any other persons who are not registered guests of the hotel are not permitted to use the swimming pool or pool area without the prior written approval of management.

The swimming pool does not have a lifeguard. Guests are welcome to use the pool at their own risk. 

Property Damage
Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit per room of up to 2000 THB. This is to be paid in cash and is refundable at check-out if no damages have occured. 
Guests are required to pay the cost of repair or replacement for any damaged items. 

Children
Jai Tiki Retreat is adults-only. 
Guests staying in the retreat must be over 18 years old at the time of check-in.
Guests eating at the restaurant must be over 12 years old. 

Personal Belongings
The Retreat is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
We encourage the use of safes where available. 

Drones
The operation of drones on the property is prohibited without prior written approval from management.

 

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
