Payment Terms

Guests are solely responsible for arranging travel to the destination and ensuring they are able to attend their booking

Jai Tiki Retreat is not responsible for external factors that may prevent the guest from staying. We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may impact their travel plans. 

 

Free Cancellation: 

You can cancel up to 1 week before your arrival date for a full refund.

If cancelled or modified after that period, or in the case of a no-show, you'll be charged 50% of your booking.

Non-Refundable:

Bookings made under the Non-Refundable Rate are strictly non-refundable. By selecting this booking type, the guest agrees the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to; Flight cancellations or delays; Travel disruptions; Personal circumstances; Illness or inability to travel; Government restrictions or external events affecting travel​. The reservation is valid only for the specific dates booked and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
